About Me

Mira, that’s me. I’m eleven years old, and live in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I really enjoy reading, it’s just that I’m not amazingly enthusiastic when it comes to reviewing books. Here I am, though, reviewing books, and surprisingly, I like it. Hello, world.

This blog is focused not only on the sole topic of literature, but also photography and, literally, any sort of written document, including recipes and poems. Feel free to recommend a book or piece of writing, and add your experiences with a book or recipe, opinions are welcome. Below you can read on to find a back story of this blog, if not, just poke around the site. You’ll find that all of the books I review receive a looks rating, and an overall rating from one to ten, one being the lowest, and then being the highest.

Yay. Another  school assignment. Don’t get me wrong, I love enticing projects, but not an all year task, imploring me to an eternity of labor. When I first heard of Genius Hour, I thought, “Really, this is what they’ve come up with?” Turns out, it’s not all that bad. Genius hour is a chance to exercise your personal interests, and your attention span.

You get to choose a project of your choice that can literally be anything, so I settled with a blog. My norm is a quiet, book immersed, straight A student, so I wasn’t expecting to end up with a blog, but here I am.
